libnl-3-200-dbg software package provides debug symbols for libnl3, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libnl-3-200-dbg
libnl-3-200-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libnl-3-200-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libnl-3-200-dbg *
You will get with libnl-3-200-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
